I am thinking about going with the MA Shaw E46 bumper cover for the E36 vs the E36 LTW set up we have now. For the guys that have already done this (Watts, Sedacca, Holder, etc.), did you use MA Shaw's splitter or did you develop your own?

Anyone kow how far out the MA Shaw splitter sticks out?

If you did your own, could you please send me a template to use as a starting point.

This is for a racecar (C Mod) with the MA Shaw PTG wing in back.

We use the splitter MAShaw makes for the front bumper. We made an underpanel out of aluminum honeycomb which is fastened to the splitter and extends back to the sway bar for support. Without the alum honeycomb, underneath, it is quite weak and will break at speed. We have 2 brackets welded onto the framerail w/ a threaded rod that goes down to support the back portion of the underpanel
