I'm not sure reset tool will work on e39. I have an e36. Anyone know? I'll try and check.

haha the battery was dead for over 2 months before we charged it back up. thats how the SRS light came on.. :( btw my dads car is a OBD I 92' 325i

Many thanks for the offer, I plan to recontact you as soon I fix my transmission (mid jan).

As I told you, I also have the brake light switch warning, I did bought a new switch with 4 pin in Hayward $22 when my stupid $tealer asked $44.

you told me you have to brake the switch to take it off, the reason was you need to press the brake pedal and expend the switch in order to remove it, regardless, there is not much space under

My Airbag light SRS warning is always on, it's a Pain but it can wait a little more

I'm in the lower east bay area and I'm not sure if I'll be able to get up to concord before I take off back to SLO, but I'll try to PM you if I can. If not, I might be back later in the week.

wait, i have OEM clears and I heard the first set of OEM clears that came out , give this stupid CHECK BRAKE LIGHT CIRCUIT in the OBC, can you help with this at all?

I only have the SRS tool and service reset tool. Can't help with the clear OEM codes. Sorry. good luck
