Is the HFM off a 540 or euro??? Also will this be a direct plug and play minus tuning on my 325 or will I need a special adapter???

540. Your OBD1 connector should fit since I kind of modded the housing to fit the connector.

Still have the HFM. Not sure on your question, but you could probably mod it to fit. Yes you will need a tune, intake, and probably the 24lb injectors.

Got the filter today...but it's not the right one....it's not tapered...

RC-4630 is tapered..the one i got was cylinderical

and it's not a 3.5" ID...
i had to stretch it out to set it at 3.5". without stretching it's measuring at 3.15" ID. ( i think it's a 3" ID filter not a 3.5" ID)
