I recently picked up a M5 rear bumper and side skirts for my touring. I was kinda bummed when I realized that I still need the M5 lower door trim.

I managed to find a car with the trim but they were already pretty jacked up. Two of the four were in decent condition, but I think I damaged them during removal. Does anyone know the trick to removing them with out messing them up? I would really like to test fit everything before painting.

I guess I'm stuck buying new ones at the dealership as I want this to come out perfect.

Does anyone have pictures of the M5 side skirts with non M5 lower door trim?

That's funny. I just bought a M5 rear bumper and the side panels but I got the door pieces too. I'm planning on buying all new fasteners just to make sure I have enough and none are broken. Also have another set of staggered M5 wheels coming for Germany (I hope). The bumper and side pieces will probably be here next week so maybe then I can answer your question about the door pieces.
