Do you guys know of any quality rust-proofing product that comes in cans to spray Inside the Panels, doors, rockers, lower 1/4s, where it is not reached from outside? Something that maybe converts surface rust as well (there might some 38 year old surface build up already!!!)
P.S. That gray metalic E-coat under the car seems to be good stuff. Do you you if it can be welded thru?

I would check the local body supply shop. I know here they sell this rust treatment that is in a aerosol can, but you have to sand off what you can first.

nah, I cant sand anything off. Its strickly for use inside the panels where it's inaccessible such as the rocker inner structures and lower portion of the 1/4/s that overlap the rockers, etc

I'm a huge fan of Por15 for anything inaccessable like that. When I did my car I squirted a ton of that into the inside of my rockers. I also did my wheelwells with it, and after a few years, there still isn't any rock chips through that stuff. For something in a can, ZeroRust is also a good product. It doesn't have that rockhard finish of Por15 though. Both are available at some of the local bodyshops here..

I'll vote for POR15. Some people swear by fish oil too...
