Should i trade in my current 2002 M3 for a 2003 with nav, or instead work on a 10,000 budget for rims, bodykit, etc.... what do u guys think?

Depends on how much of a loss you'll take by trading in. You'll probably get more by selling it yourself.

I'd stick with what you have and do the bodykit and rims... unless you really want the NAV.

I think you have to much $$ to kill on a car ...^__*....I would save that money....and see if a s/c'er or turbo kit could come out. Hell, call RMS and speak with OSh or Jeff to see if they would be willing to use your car as a prototype for a s/c'ed E46 M3. I mean, Osh pretty much lives at Curry's....b/c of Sean and Phil.
