Spend $50 and you get to take your car out on the track for two laps. My brother took the family Dodge 3500 out there last year. He said when he asked about a top speed, they said keep it under 200 and you'll be fine.

I might be up for that. The only part that is pointless is that you have to buy $50 worth of what looks like NASCAR trash. Apart from that, it looks like a good deal.

I wouldn't bother.
They severely limit your speed with a "pace car".
My friend took his 3000GT VR-4 and was able to hit a staggering 75 mph.
Pay me the 50 dollars and I'll let you go 100 on I40.

It is all about liability and safety.
If you think $50 to go 75MPH is expensive try adding up what it would cost to run there at higher speeds.
