Ok so there is construction on my side of the street so for the past 2 weeks I've had to park my car out on the street(My driveway has been blocked off). So today some kids are playing outside in the street and start throwing rocks, seeing as I have the best of luck one of those rocks(looked more like a freakin brick) decides to hit my drivers side door. A dent was left and the paint was scraped off. Will this have to be repainted or will it be "buffed" out. (The spots above the scratches are wax I have to take off)

have a nice chat about common courtesy and being responsible for one's actions with their parents. then ask for a check.

I actually had the police come out, these kids have hit other people's cars in the past but it seems people were too afraid to deal with them. The officers were nice and had a word with the kid and basically scared him shitless, they told me to talk to his parents telling them they need to compensate me for the work. I just went over to talk to his mother when she got home and she told me to go get an estimate for the work and bring it to her.

The best thing you can do to help the little rock thrower is to do as his momma says and get an estimate.
If you try to lessen the impact by doing the work yourself, you'll be empowering the little fellow to continue his irresponsible ways so don't help that way.

I'm so sorry to hear about your car. :( Fortunately though it seems that the mother is willing to take responsibility for it and after it comes out of the body shop you'll be right as rain. :)
