1999 BMW M3. 02/99 build. Alpine white with Magma leather. Heated Manual seats, Full OBC, Sunroof, Cruise, HK, OEM disc changer. VIN#WBSBG933XXEY81987. (carfax below pics). Car is located in Salt Lake City Utah.
Modifications: Ground Control "Gentleman's kit" (coilovers on stock shocks), OEM BMW clear turn signals, ZKW headlamps, Motorsport X-Brace, Dinan intake, car is tinted with 35% film.
Needs: Tires in 4-5k miles depending on how YOU drive. Michelin Pilots on it now. Fronts are 50% rears are 30%. Shocks if you feel like it. They are not blown, but i like the softer ride so I kept the stock shocks with the GC perch and spring coilover set. Some people might want to finish the suspension with a set of Konis
I bought this car on Sept 21st of 2005 from an older gentleman who was local to me. He purchased the car brand new from Baron BMW in Kansas. I bought the car with 27.5k miles. Outside in my garage right now the odometer reads 40,118. A good portion of that was the trip to bimmerfest 2006 (2000 miles round trip).The car has been garaged since its ownership, both by the previous owner and myself. Comes with Noah brand car cover, Bentley manual, all the OEM light fixtures, and plenty of good times ahead. There are many who have seen this car in person and would probably attest to its cleanliness. There are virtually no dings, scratches, and less than expected rock chips. Safe to say its in really good condition.
The previous owner had the oil changed at the BMW dealership here in town every spring and fall (recipts included) due to the lack of miles he could put on the car. I have had the oil changed 2 times in my ownership. One of those was recent, so the car is good for 8k or so. The previous owner had the coolant, and transmission fluids flushed by BMW. There are no faults on the OBC code, and the car just passed safety and emmissions here in Utah. There are no lights on the dash (ABS CEL ASC). Everything is in great working order.
I do not drive this car in the snow, I have a 'winter beater'. The previous owner did not drive it in the snow either. He had about 8 cars, and kept it garaged and covered the entire winter. The reason I am selling, is my wife is having our second child next week, and while I have been able to aviod putting car seats in my car so far, I think with 2 kids its going to be impossible. This car is too clean for car seats. (oh and I want to buy a 335i sedan).

The car was involved in a low speed rear end ONLY accident in 2001 (see picture of damage). The carfax says frontal damage, but after having the car inspected prior to me purchasing it, I am with the first owner on this one. There was no frontal damage. Only the low speed rear damage that he disclosed to me. We think this is either an error on the part of carfax or the police dept.
The car was still driveable, and the only part replaced was the strip between the trunklid and bumper. All other original parts are still there and were not damaged. The repairs cost 4k, and were done by one of the best shops in town that specializes in high end whips. I am very picky, and I wouldnt have purchased this car if it was not fixed back as close to perfect as possible. I do understand that this can effect the value of a car, and I feel my price has been adjusted accordingly. Thanks.
