So I have seen the same M3 two days in a row now and would like to try and find out who it belongs to. The car is lowered, black/polished rims, exhaust, and there is a TEIN badge on the trunk. The guy driving it was a skinny Japanese looking fellow with glasses I think. Does anyone on here know this guy or the car?? :help

I usually see white M3 vert with tint on I-270 around Easton heading toward Wheeling every morning. Does this car belong to someone on this forum?
