Great start to my day, someone ripped out my front grille! Although I'm furious at this, it now gives me an excuse to buy the black shadow grille for my X5. Does anyone know how I'm supposed to figure out if it will or will not fit my X5. I have the 2003 4.6is, which is an E53, but does that mean if it says it works for an E53, it works for any E53? Please help...

It could depend on the year, but not likely. There was a "Face change" or "Update" done to the front end, but I don't think it effected the kidney grills.
