So I’m getting ready to change my front brakes on my 2001 BMW M3, I just bought the OEM rotors from bavauto.com and I'm trying to find a good brake bad that will compliment the OEM rotors.

Another bmw enthusiast told me that Jurid makes OEM brake pads for German car makers like BMW and Mercedes-Benz. So my question for all of you knowledgeable BMW enthusiast.

should I buy BMW OEM brake pads (in a bmw box) for $230

or should I get Jurid brake pads (in jurid box) for $120

are Jurid brake pads the same as the brake pads in the BMW box?

If you plan to track the car, go with Pagid or Hawks, or (my favorite) Carbotech. For street only use, Axxis (PBR) Ultimates are a great street pad. I put them on all around and far better performance than stock. I've heard people using the Ultimates on the track as well, but not once you get fast!
