Anyone in the Phoenix area know MJB Autosales? I was looking on Autotrader for southwest e39 540's when I located a 2003 sport with 29k miles. The asking price is $26,900. Anyhow, I am thinking I would fly down and drive a good one backl to Portland. My concern, of course, is a fly-by-night shop that sells a dud and closes up shop. Let me know if you know these guys!

EDIT: Nevermind, I just read the fineprint. The car has been damaged and repaired.

No matter where you get your Bimmer get a pre-purchase inspection!! THAT is your best protection against getting screwed.

Lots of shops in the area that are qualified. If the owner balks on letting you inspect the car at an independant shop....I say Run , don't walk from it!!
