well...finally installed those ebay specials from SS Autochrome ....got lucky with no broken header bolts ...I used PB blaster penetrating spray and that stuff works...I removed all the bolts with little or no effort and did it all from on top of the engine.....but cant say the same when installing the chrome headers ....it was a pain to put them on....something I dont ever want to do again......But it was worth it......I totally feel the torque increase and saved like 8lbs off of the cast iron exhaust manifold....well probably not that much but those were extremely heavy compared to the new chrome headers

had a little problem with one side of midpipes wouldnt match up but was an easy fix with a torch...just heated it up and bent it to fit...

Nice work, I bought the ones from bavarian auto and felt the difference in sound and power, what a bitch to install if you don't have infant hands.

I'll be saving up for Racing Dynamics headers (yes, they are available but not on the website. I know the guy who's car they used to test), but first need to replace the clutch and suspension :(
They look good by the way... now like MarqE36 said, dyno time.

got one more project to do in the preformance area and thats putting in my LSD but I need to service it ....anyone have any idea what I should replace in it and how to do it? what seals and what fluid to use? then I will probably dyno it after that...just to see where I am setting.....

IVe had these headers for over a year and i havet noticed any differance at all. their still in a box in my shop but still.
