I came across this vid posted in the OT section: http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=631954
Anyone know this guy?
As typical, muscle car guys go fast on the straights but can't hang in the corners. I thought the 02 guy shouldn't have blocked the way he did but at the same time, the muscle car guy should've carried better exit speed to overtake him on the straight or used the NOS.

It was both their faults.
2002 should of yeilded right of passage to the faster car, but the cuda should of also known you cant pass in a turn. 2002>cuda, all night and all day.

Yea that Cuda showed restraint not to take out our little 02 friend. The biggest thing I see is they werent even racing WTF Big ego or what???

I think they cut out the parts where the 2002 passes in the corners
anybody catch the twin turbo microbus that passed them both?

Ditto on the comment in regard to passing in turns. Classic example of the red mist, I was kind of expecting to see the Cuda over cook a turn and lose it. The little old 02 and driver were holding their own anywhere that was not straight.
IMHO muscle cars that only go fast in a straight line and cannot stop very well have no place on a road course with much less powerful vehicles that most probably turn quicker lap times. Isn't that why they invented drag strips? :redspot
