ok... i know its cliche but still holds true... never thought i'd do this but here it goes:

up for sale is my Brilliantrot 1990 325i. its a 2 door, 5-spd with 177xxx.

the reason i am selling it is because i have school bills coming out of my ass, and my car is the only thing of value that i own. so i have to deal with selling it, and driving a beater until i can get back into the nice e30 scene again.

we'll start with the bad:

- it is a new england car, so naturally there is some rust. the worst spot is the only hole, it is located on the driver side near the windshield. there rest is surface rust; some on the doors, the trunk lid, and lil bit on the lower rear valence opposite the exhaust. the good part about it all though... is that it is all NON-STRUCTURAL.
- there are holes punched through the rear seats. the first owner of the seats was apparently some kid who "wanted to hear the music better" he also cut out some of the foam. i replace all the foam so it doesnt feel any different when you sit in it, but the holes are still there. they are however, not very noticeable unless you look directly at it - and most people dont look directly at back seats. i usually tell somebody about it before they even realize its there.
- there is a slight leak from the valve cover gasket. it is very minimal and doesn't affect performance at all. i have NEVER had to add any oil to the car because of a leak before it was due for its 3k change. this may even be fixed before the car is gone. just a matter of finding the time to do it.
- ac does not blow cold. i never use ac anyway, so i didnt bother replacing the a/c belt.
- sometimes the obc digits get all crazy, all you have to do is push the face in and it goes back to normal. (small lil thing i know, but not trying to hide anything either.)

ok, so now the good:

- the car has iS seats.
you already know about the back. the front are in decent condition. could use some leatherique for the cracking... but no major rips. small rip in driver back, and the driver left side bolster seam has come apart.
- iS spoiler
- iS lip
- has the factory optional 3.73 LSD
- brand new snow tires (with less than 1.5k miles)
- bilstein sports
- H&R sports.
- Jim Conforti performance chip
- possibly a short shift kit installed. not 100% sure. previous owner never mentioned it, but anyone who has driven my car (dude8383 can attest to this) will tell you it feels like a short shifter. the throw seems shorter and it clicks into gear. not notchy, but not sloppy like stock. so i cant say for 100% but it does feel good :D .
- also has shorty headers sitting in the trunk waiting to be installed.

- timing belt, water pump, alternator belt, power steering belt all changed in last 1200 miles. (176,500)
- oil change every 3K.
- new state inspection 11.06
- blacked out kidneys
- shadowline windowtrim - not 100% perfect but looks pretty good.
- all red sidemarkers
- folder full of reciepts and service records. apparently original owner was a doctor and got everything professionally done... including tire rotations!!!!

that is all that comes to mind at the moment. engine is pretty much stock... so you can modify it to your liking... not have to undo somebody else's shit that you dont like.
