Rare M-Technic cloth/suede front seats and back seats (front seats are manual and heated, but the car didn’t come with the buttons for heated seats)

ZHP short shift knob (has the ///M logo on it)
UUC clutch stop

Alpine CDA-7894 head unit (lights up amber)
Alpine MRP-F450 4-channel amp (70Watts per channel)

Issues:
The airbag light turns on for 2 minutes after the car is started because the m-technic seats (that replaced the vaders) do not have the sensor mat in them to hook up the occupancy sensor to. Previous owner had purchased one from the dealer and it’s ready to install, but I just never thought of it as a big priority. The sensor mat comes with the car.

Capital One has the title to the car. I will provide a Bill of Sale as proof of the transfer of ownership for the week to 2 weeks that it takes for the bank to release the title.

Generally, the car is very clean and in fantastic shape with well below average miles for its age. The car burns NO oil and I have had ZERO mechanical issues with it. The AC blows very cold and the clutch is original, but feels great.

My price is set at $14,600. It’s pretty firm, but I can remove some of the mods to lower the price. I do have ALL records of the purchases I have made (along with two previous owners) and I have MOST of the stock parts, which will come with the car when/if it’s sold.

wow, very clean, goodluck with sale. Questions, just out of curiosity, how many hp does it make, since you've installed performance chip.

They're a factory option, pretty rare. And in person, it's real nice, I'd take the cloth over the leather anytime. I definitely preferred the cloth LTW seats over vaders (I've had both).

they're suede m-technics, only 150 of them were made... bought it with 'em.
