Seattle, Bellevue or Northwest.

Can someone let me know who is a good person to deal with at either of these dealerships?
Lookin' to get a 335i in December / January

Thanks!

are you talking about the new twin turbo ones?

Make the drive to Portland and deal with Mike Taylor at Rasmussen.

The experience of dealing with Mike is second to none, there's no BS no wasting your time. He shows you the car, tells you the deal and you take it or don't. He's very good to his customers and now works almost exclusively by referral only.

I'm looking too(though at the 328i). So you'd be helping two guys with any recommendations.
I'd almost think about Portland if nothing pans out up here.
Has anybody purchased a car in OR but live in WA? Just wondering if that makes registration or anything else difficult.

I lived in Vancouver, WA. It's not a big deal at all.

You might get a Seattle area suggestion on the cca forum at www.bmwpugetsound.com

However, I'd just go see Mike Taylor as previously stated.

I've got another option. Mike Baggs at Kuni BMW (also in Portland). I've purchased 3 cars from him. Sounds similar to Ty's rec--straight shooter, no BS, extremely professional, has an incredible repeat customer base.

Years ago, Rasmussen would not deal (or would only reluctantly deal) on cars--but b/c they were a Dinan dealer before Kuni, I tried to buy from them. So this comment is based on personal experiennce. Kuni was very good on price. However, dealership philosophies change, so if you make the trip to PDX I would talk to Ty's guy at Rasmussen and Mike at Kuni.

whatever you do stay away from BMW NW. I have yet to find a bigger group of people that claim to either sell the make, parts for it or work on them that know so little about the cars.
