OK heres the Deal.

I feel / can hear the car misfireing at around 5-7k while in 3rd gear at WOT. it sometimes shows in 4th gear to. Its really odd. Its almost at a fuel or spark Cut. i am not sure what to even think of it.

what i think it can or may be is my fuel pump. For it wines when i first start it for about 2-3 mins then shuts up. IT does not wine after that but it could be restricting fuel at that high rpm. Yet in 1st gear it does not do it, Or 2nd, sooo i am not 2 sure.

I am kinda stuck on this for i just Dynoed it and i am making really good power 224 RWHP so it didnt show up on the dyno but on the street it did.

What should i check? i dont have a Fuel pressure gauge to see if i am getting cut, and how could i possibly check spark on coils? Should i run it hard then take out the spark plugs to see if there wet or dis colored.

THINGS TO KNOW: Fuel filter is newer, plugs are 5k old. car is always on 93 octane, and car haf a half tank.

Mods are : INTAKE, ECU, Exhaust... Another thing. could it be bad tuning in the ECU?? ACTIVE AUTOWORKS.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111one one

where is your cold air intake filter if it goes down in behind the front bumper you probably sucked in some water an killed you mass air flow. Even if the intake is not behind the bumper you still could have killed the mass air meter. What kind of filter are you using. If your using a K&N filter the oil on will ruin the meter also. I have had an M5 with factory intake installed, it would misfire big time at about 6500-7000 rpm it took me about a month to figure out that both mass air flow sensors were bad. They are kind of pricey so I would have a dealer check them by looking at you multiplicative and additive fuel trim parameters. If one additive is adding and multiplicative is subtracting or vise versa your meter is probably bad.
