i was changing my oil today well I noticed a problem about one month ago I changed my Water pump and the The belt seems to be off the Water pully is about .125 to .250 to forward and the belt is riding on the edge but has not fallen off. the bolts are tight and I can not figure out what can be the problem

First get a new belt and properly install it. If that one rides off the edge of a pulley one of the pulleys or idlers is misalinged.

Well it is a brand new belt it seems like the Water pumpp pulley is to far out I cant figure it out the belt is riding the edge of the pulley
