Anybody ever been down to autobahn sport in sellwood part of portland? Are they a class act or not?

For those who have never heard of them, they sell recycled bmw parts. Seems like they do a lot of engines. (http://motors.search.ebay.com/_W0QQfgtpZ1QQfrppZ25QQsassZautobahnQ5fsport)

They dispose of unwanted airbags right!

Joe Funk is a good guy that needs to answer his phone when I call...

I like Joe, but he is a complete pain to get in touch with. His parts supply is based on what cars he gets in. So, you'll just have to call and see what his current supply is.

Seth myself and SigmaX aka Roman all used to work for him. Good guy, just hard to get ahold of. You just gotta barrage him with phone calls and emails and he will get back to you at some point.

He just doesn't like you guys, my calls go right though :flipa

I too can vouch for Mr. Funk, despite his gross neglect of TWO E30 M3's.

one hasnt moved in a couple years, except when I pushed it out of his garage, washed it and pushed it back in. THe other one sees less then regular maintance, and his front bumper has been misaligned for years....

I've met him twice. Nice guy from what I remember. He was supposed to call me about some schrick cams though, but never did. Probably falls under the hard to get ahold of category.

They're both gorgeous, he just doesn't give them enough attention :D

It's similar to cheating on Jessica Alba with Roseanne :laugh

Funny how Joe didn't reply. He's a good guy and has fair prices usually. His phone call return skills are somethings slow, but give him a chance!

Joe has managed to buy all but 3 of the world's supply of e24 M6s (the other 3 haven't yet wrecked). They are all dismantled and sitting in his shop, because he is obsessively hoarding them.
