Anyway, where where WHERE can I get it in these parts???? There's a kick ass Hawaiian grill in Bentonville and the cooks are from Oahu, but I was talking to him last night and he's afraid to do seafood. They have a killer Kalua Pork though.... YUM.
A ///Monster 11-01-2006, 02:40 PM I have no idea what you are talking about.

GUINNESS 11-02-2006, 11:41 AM I'll join the I miss Hawaii club :( I really want to go back. 13 days on Kaua'i was pure peace calm and tranquility. One day I'll get to go back and take Nicole with me. I was going to put a warning on that second link that if you miss it, that will make it worse.
Back to the topic though... I want me some poke!

Honeymoon-ed on the Big Island (http://www.hiltonwaikoloavillage.com/index_flash.asp) and Kauai, along
the Coconut Coast in Kapaa. Where did you stay? Looks like a lot of Mofos have been to Hawaii.... maybe this spring we should have a Luau... with poke, of course!! Did you find out if Taste of Hawaii is open?

No, I thought you were looking to see if it was open :stickoutt
I stayed on the south side in Koloa (near Poipu Beach) at the Hyatt (http://kauai.hyatt.com/hyatt/hotels/index.jsp?icamp=kauai-hyattredirect) Talk about breath taking. Great restaurant was around there too called The Beach House. Hanalei Bay was beautiful too... the whole island was beautiful, who am I kidding.
So if we have a Luau, who's digging the imu for the Kalua pork?

A luau sounds like a great idea.....8 months in hawaii wasnt long enough..then they sent me to seattle.....so from beautiful sunshine and beaches to cloudy/rainy washington.....
