I went to Ski Liberty last weekend and got an amazing deal. They have this "beginner" sale until 24th of Dec. Since I am starting to learn snow boarding (I am already done with skiiing), it was a perfect opportunity.

Lift, Rent, and Lesson are all included. All day, and it's $15. I think other places such as WhiteTail is having a similar sale as well. Only thing negative about this is...you get to use 2 lifts and that's it. But for beginners, bunny slop and intermediate is pretty much all you need.

I am planning on going back there this weekend. If anyone is interested, I will see ya there. I will be driving my IS300 since snow boards don't fit in my Roadster.

Hey, Philip
I and my gf are going there on Saturday. We are planning on getting there around 11 am, and snow board until 5-6. The snow condition at night was horrible last week.

If you are interested, we can meet there or we can go there together. Let me know.

I heard about this, but thank you for answering my one question (how long is the lift good for on that day of purchase) all day works for me) I only lasted about 4 hours the first time I went last year anyway... ;):buttrock

I took advantage of this deal!! I am SOO glad I did...

My boyfriend like I said has NEVER been..he got hurt pretty bad (hairline fractured rib, and 2 bruised ribs)..guess when he does it wrong, he makes sure he does it right huh?

I do so good for only being 1 other time in my life I am so happy and MUCH less banged up!!!

I hope you all were able to take advantage of this deal!!!

I wish I could go tonight or tomorrow :( but I'll have to go alone

I had lots of fun last Saturday as well. The snow condition was very good in the morning. I guess tomorrow is the last day for this deal.
$15 sure beats regular 45+ for lift and 40+ renter. ;)

Hey man, where did you go in Canada?? Vacouver?? I just came back from there visiting my aunt for Christmas. Next time I go there I want to try skiing. I have never done it. I have a feeling I might get banged up. Oh well.

Some time I'll get over there to Vancouver, but this time I was one the east side, in Quebec. The mountain is call Mont Tremblant. It was great, esp. for being within a day's drive of home. If I were you I would try snowboarding first. I think it's more fun, but you are right about getting banged up. It's gonna happen, but it's worth it. :D

How far is Whistler from nova?
I and some of my friends are planning hitting Ski Liberty this Saturday again. Anyone heard of any specials? Wonder if they have student discount or something since I still have my college ID from years ago. :D
