Can someone tell me how this person is running these wheels on an E21? Is the car modified? Are there bolt pattern adapters and where do you get them? Anyone know the size? Thanks, I really love this look.

All you need is a set of10mm hub-centric spacers with longer bolts.

You dont even need that.

They are 16 x 7" with a 28mm offset, right off an E30. They will fit on an E21 fine, however the rear only leaves about 5-7mm of clearence between the wheel and the trailing arm. Funnily enough, i havent had a problem on the front, seems to keep clear of the tie rod when at full lock.

They look so fat on the rear of the other car

you need to run 205/45 to match the original wheel diameter, of course you can larger tyres and have the speedo out a little, or you can have it calibrated for the larger wheels.

Ive got 205/50 and 225/45 on mine.

I've honestly never been a huge fan of the softlines.

Hi

I had a staggered set on my car (http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=81621&page=11)

used 10mm hubcentric spacers, now running e21 spec staggerd alpinas.

I have 15x7 bourbets on mine off an e-30 with custom spacers and 205-50, with the way my car is lowered they barely fit...

without the spacers the rears hit the trailing arm and the front hits the sway bar before full lock.

It depends on 1) offset, and 2) wheel backspace.

It isnt so simple as a 15x7" wheel size, more things have to be factored into the equation :)

Am I completely stoopid or aren't those called Alpina Softlines?

I'm pretty positive that mine are called the Classics. I wouldnt think they would make these wheels, then 20 something years later make a new model and call them Classics. But KSK seems to have the Classics, and the Softlines mixed up.

Or you be mixed up homie

EDIT: (Just read post above me.) YAHTZEE motha-fugka. You don't even know your own wheels!
