My last post was about my Service Engine light coming on and I got lots of helpful info. The light is still on and I'm going to visit my dealer in 2 weeks as they are pretty booked.

Since the light has come on, I've noticed my car seems to idle at higher RPM's (almost 1000) when in drive (Step).

Several people said the light came on probably due to a failing sensor. Would there be a sensor that would effect the idle?

I'd like to go into the dealer with some sort of idea so I don't get screwed!
