Has anyone tried the Eibach springs for lowering their X3? My wife is 5'0" tall and absolutely loves the ride and handling of the stock suspension on her 2004 X3 3.0. The only problem for her is getting in and out. As it is she has to hit my memory seat setting (I'm 6' tall) so she can get up and into the seat more easily. She'll then move the seat up and forward using her memory seat button.
If possible, we don't want to change the current ride and handling. But we would like to get the X3 that 1.2" lower front and back to make it easier for the wife's ingress and egress.
Has anyone had this modification done? We'd like to hear from you!

From what I've been told, the Eibach ProKit springs for the X3 are still in development and are not available yet. Can anyone else confirm on this?

We'll have to wait until Monday. We've all been at SEMA this week. I'll talk to Eibach and see what's available or find an ETA.

2079.140 according to Eibach is in stock and available. It will fit 04-07 X3 2.5i and 3.0i. It will lower your vehicle approx. 1.2in front and rear. I've seen em online @ ajusa.com for $248.97 w/ FREE SHIPPING and currently are running a promo code to save an additional $20.

Thanks! I'll take this info down to Stokes Tire in Santa Monica and see what the labor charge will be.
BTW, I've used Stokes for all my tire, suspension and alignment needs for my E36, E46 and now my wife's X3. These guys are very knowledgable, use the best equipment, and get the work done quickly and professionally. Prices are fair; that is, less expensive than next door neighbor S.M. BMW. Plus, I've never had to make a return visit due to an installation faux pax. Highly recommended!

Would be very interested in before and after pics and your impression of the impact the springs have on ride quality and handling.
