Well pre-orders... Got a ps3, nintendo wii and 3 TMX elmos that day :) All of which are going on eBay. Already sold 10 elmos for 1380.

It looks like people will start camping out around mid day on the 15th if not earlier. We were the first ones at toys r us on Saturday 28th at 4 pm after finding out that the other closest 10 stores had people lining up since 11am (pre orders were during opening on the 29th). Release day will be even worse because everybody knows about it. Your best bet is membership stores like Sam's club.
