I need my headlights adjusted for proper aim. I have done them myself and can do them. I just want them done properly without guessing. If so, how much?

Can the fogs be adjusted as well due to the brackets, i don't think so? :dunno

Oh yea the car is lowered so I don't know if this factors in a shops work? :dunno
