Just picked it up yesterday. Black Sapphire/Imola, aluminum trim, premium pack, and heated seats. Only plans for now are CDV removal and shorter antenna.

clutch delay valve. It controls how fast the clutch is engaged, slowing it a bit, to make shitfting a bit softer. People remove it to gain a .01 second advantage to 100mph, in exchange for rougher daily shifting

Rougher shifting? Have you done the cdv delete? It elimenates the jerkiness from the 1st to 2nd gearshift.... I still have mine because it is under warranty, but I have a friend who has a 330i with it removed an it shifts MUCH smoother
