Looking for help indentifying a strange temp sensor on my intake manifold. I have the standard 32/36 weber setup and between the 3 & 4 intake plenums there is a sensor? Is this a manifold temp sensor for a choke or something? It is a two wire sensor, and when unplugged, doesn't affect anything. When unscrewed you can look right through the hole. Is it a factory sensor? aftermarket with the weber? any help would be great.

I was inquiring a similar question in my engine year post.

It is a sensor that controls the choke or egr or vacuum advance. I am not sure which but I guess it does not need to be hooked up on the Weber carb because it is not used on my engine either. I am still learning this engine so I can give you all the details.
