I just intsalled my bbk on my 93 325I, but now I got little problem!! I have bleed the front and rear brakes, but still the brake pedal is too soft!! I am going to drain the entire system and do it again. I was wondering if any has done this before and wants to give me hand!

Whadda ya mean your going to drain the entire system and do it again? If you drained the entire system the first time, no wonder you are having problems. You don't want to get air into the master cylinder. Did you follow the DIY? Did you use the pedal push method with a partner? Did you use a vaccum pump? Have you ever done brakes before?

My bad, I meant I used both methods, the pedal pushing method with a partner and the vaccum pump method, but still my pedal doesn`t feel like before!! If I can`t get it fix by tomarrow I am taking it to a shop!:( !

Air in the brake line. I worked at Sears last year and some dumbass tech didn't bleed a system right, and this exact thing happened! Get a Motive bleeder, its about $45. You hook that up to your master cylinder with a qt of fluid in it, or more, and pump it up to 15psi. Then you simply bleed the brakes starting with the rear passenger, then rear driver, then front passenger, then front driver. Hook up a piece of clear hose to the bleeder valve, and bleed until there are no air bubbles. Do not let the Motive pressure bleeder run out of fluid so it sucks in air, then you have to do it over :p

Its pretty simple really. Just do it :)
