F.S. or Trade 2002
<HR style="COLOR: #666666" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->I would like to trade for a Daily Driver. As I am selling my A4 and need another mode of daily transportation.

The basics of the car are listed below. Basically I was trying to build a race car, but lost don't have the time right now in my life to complete.

The body of the car is in good shape, it has had a new paint job. There is a large dent in the drivers door from when the wind blew it all the way open on a windy day, and bent the metal back. It should be easy to get pulled. I also have another door which could be used(which probably wouldn't need to be the case).

<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
The car has a stock rebuilt engine with approximately 2000 miles of use. The engine has a 32/36 carb—which has had some upgrades to make it for like a 38dgas. There is a Stahl header that flows through a 3 inch Borla muffler. The engine has a lightweight flywheel and clutch setup. The engine and transmission have polyurethane engine mounts to better stabilize the engine and trans. There is a short shift kit in the car.
<o:p></o:p>
The engine in the car has was fully rebuilt and has 4 new Mahle Pistons and a baffled oil pan from <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Ireland</st1:place></st1:country-region> engineering.
<o:p></o:p>
The Car has <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:country-region w:st="on">Ireland</st1:country-region></st1:place> engineering Coilover suspension with bilsteins up front and racing springs with bilsteins in the rear. Adjustable camber plates allow you to better tune the suspension. There are also 22mm sway bars both front and rear, with new links.
<o:p></o:p>
There are Tii brakes with hawk racing pads upfront and there are racing pads in back.
<o:p></o:p>
There is a full roll cage, Momo Steering wheel, and Sabelt racing harnesses.
<o:p></o:p>
The car has not been driven in about a year.
<o:p></o:p>
The Borla Exhaust is not currently on the car.
<o:p></o:p>

Hey man,

I am in need of the small L-shaped piece of lower fascis trim that mounts on the passenger side between the glovebox and the carpet. While moving my car down from Boston to Florida I seem to have misplaced this part.

If you have one please reply with a photo andestimate cost with shipping charges to Tampa, FL 33626. FYI - my car is a 1976 2002.

Thanks,

Kurt

Do you have a pic of where it goes and I will see if I have it, or a pic of what the piece looks like??

Would you consider selling (and shipping at my expense) one of your spare trunklids? Ideally I am looking for a 73 or earlier Sahara lid, but I would certainly consider others as long as it has very, very little or no rust.
