Have a 2004 VW R32, 31k on the body. Car is in great shape, never hit. Interior is close to new, car has a neuspeed catback exhaust. For anyone who doesnt know, the r32 was only made in 2004 and is pretty rare, I this they made around 4k of them in the US. It is a 3.2L VR6 "4-Motion", basically the same drivetrain as the TT.

R32s have held their value remarkably well. I think new they were about $30,000 and a low mile example is still worth over $25,000. I would say this car is worth about $22,000 so some cash would be required to trade for an M3.

yes, and you'd be wise to listen to me as well. if you don't take what i said seriously, odds are nobody will take you seriously at all. those were all honest simple questions that any sane person would ask after reading your initial post. there are lots of shit cars out there, and one way scammers try to get rid of them is by trading as opposed to selling outright.

No im not looking to trade only, the car is for sale as well. There really is no point listing it "for sale" ,as this is a bmw website, I will leave that for the VW and Audi forums.
