Just in time for winter! This car is far from perfect but has been a good daily driver. For 2 years I drove 70 miles a day back and fourth to work. I just want to upgrade to an e36 and don't want to put serious money in this. It's a 2 door black paint black interior. It's a 5 speed with the 6 cyclinder. aprox. 156 thousand miles.

Exterior.. Back quarter panels have horrible swirl marks in the paint. Clear coat is coming up on the roof and trunk. Under the back bumper there is a round rust mark. Rims are okay but one is beat up pretty good. Does have new tires.There is a crack in the front bumper. There is also a crack in the wind shield. I got hit by a stone on the highway. No rust under neath.

interior.. back seats are perfect but the fronts are bad. I have seat covers on them now. The interiour is very clean. There is a crack in the dash but everything else looks pretty good. Heated seats..working a.c. Nice pioneer stereo. electric windows.

Engine...It has always ran well. Typical stuff of an old car..Replace alternator and water pump. New exhaust and front rotors at last expection. New brakes also. Recently at a cold start it wants to stall..but as soon as you drive off it stays running. The idle is just running up and down and I don't know why. The engine is still strong. when your driving she runs great. No hesitation when you get on the gas and run up the rpm's. She has plenty of get up and go.

Over all this is a car that is a paint job and a little body work away from being a really nice car. I can't post pics..but if you email me I should be able to get some to you today.

Sorry guys..the car is no longer for sale for now. By request of the wife I'm going to wait untill after the crazy christmas holiday to make a car purchase. I would be up for a trade btw..any e36 or a late 80's to early 90's 5 series.

FYI: Prospective Buyers...

This car is far from perfect. Here are things not mentioned in the advertisement.

The "crack" in the windshield is about 18 inches long..~$250 to fix
If by "working A/C" it is meant that it blows heat and makes the engine speed increase to the point the car has to be turned off...then yes, the A/C works.
"New Exhaust" is the rear muffler. The midsection/cat has a hole in it which causes the car to sound like a hot rod. It needs replacing...$300+
Vacuum leak MUST be fixed, effects drivability, possibly Idle Control Valve (http://www.pelicanparts.com/cgi-bin/ksearch/PEL_search.cgi?command=show_part_page&please_wait=N&make=BMW&model=BE30&section=FULint&page=3&bookmark=10&part_number=13-41-1-433-626-M14) which is a $198 part
Motor hesitates to drop RPMs when changed out of gear
Passenger Side fog light is cracked
Missing many tools in tool kit
Driver side door makes popping sound when opened and closedThink long and hard before travelling to see the car...

also there is nothing wrong with the idle control valve. My mechanic who is very good would have found that. There is a vacume leak somewhere. The cat could just be leaking from where it was welded that doesn't mean you need a new cat. again that's fine. The shooting of the finger as you left showed who you were.

Up to that point I had no problem with you. We had a difference of opinion on what the car was worth. No biggie...Maybe you didn't see it but at 34 years I'm old enough to know when I'm being shot the bird.lol
