I would like to know if anyone knows how to reset the oil service indicator on my 1989 BMW 635CSI. I have fixed a multitude of items on this car and an up to the electrical system. Also does anyone know where I can get a reasonable pirced service manual for this car. thanks

You can search on BCG or RF, but if it's like mine, you jumper pin 7 to ground on the diagnostic plug to reset.

As for a manual, there are several on E-bay right now. You would find a e24 manual, but you should look for a Bentley e28 (5-series). There are usually a few up there.
