View Full Version : FLAWLESS 95 M3 for sale!!
NickC 12-17-2002, 02:28 AM Hey guys,
I just purchased this car a few months ago, and I love it to death, but I think I want to get another MKIV Supra. I don't know why, but I miss the targa roof and the clown wing (I never said I had taste).
Anyways, this is a 1995 M3 coupe, 5 speed, with the luxury package. I really can't describe how PERFECT this car is, it's showroom. No scratches, no dents, NOTHING. In fact, the guy who owned the car before me, had the entire front of the car repainted at the dealer to the cost of over $3,000 because he didn't like the rock chips in the front bumper and hood. The work was done by Plaza Motors (BMW dealer) here in St. Louis, and was done over the summer. I have all documentation to show the car was not in an accident, just repainted for cosmetic reasons. Inside is perfect, no tears in leather. As well, the car runs PERFECTLY mechanical wise. I have not had one single problem with the car since I bought it. Importantly, the water pump HAS BEEN REPLACED with a metal pump. It was fixed over the summer by the prior owner and I have the documentation. In fact, I have ALL RECORDS AND DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS CAR, even the original dealer sticker, manual, audio tape, etc. This car is FLAWLESS, and anyone who doesn't follow cars closely swears it's a 2003 model.
As for mileage, it just turned 88,300. I've had cars with 20,000 miles though that felt worse, this car is a tank.
As for price, I just want what I have into it, which is $15,000. This price is ROCK SOLID, and I won't negotiate. I'm still not sure if I want another Supra if you know what I mean. ;)
I cannot think of a single thing the car needs, even the tires which are Pirelli 7000's have over half tread left. The pictures don't do the car justice, and I'll include two pics here. If you want more pics, or want to talk, please email me at: nickcigich@netscape.net
I live in St. Louis, and would be more than happy to pick anyone up from the airport. Thanks.
Not ONE thing is broke or malfunctioning on this car, NO SUPRISES!!! New pioneer CD head unit added this month as well. Let me know!!

*OH I FORGOT TO MENTION*!!
This car has NO modifcations except for clear corner lenses, and has NEVER been raced nor abused. ZERO track use and this car is a VIRGIN. Thanks.
Oops, make that price $15,000 EVEN. Snuck that extra 500 in there. :)
Nimble 12-17-2002, 02:47 AM WOW! Nice car! If I had the money I'd be all over this car...great price! Good luck on your sale!:redspot
NickC 12-17-2002, 02:48 AM Thanks, it's an incredible car but I just miss the rush of the Supra. Something about hanging with 500cc bikes on the highway. :)
Price is $15,000 even. Thanks.
LA e46 12-17-2002, 05:00 AM nice car!
NoSoup4U 12-17-2002, 11:50 AM Who says the E36 can't hang with 500 cc bikes? I was glued onto the bumper of an older 750 cc' one...and I'm sure there are a couple of people here (from a roll...from a dead stop, all 500 cc bikes would be smoking us off the line)....but from a roll....there's quite a few people that can hang and I bet some people now that can lay the smack down on some bikes....
And yeah, unless that 2JZ is running 21 lbs of boost, I'll be glued to his ass as well...if it's a stock one or someone with just a bpu+, (boost controller/downpipe), I'll lay the smack down on his ass...(I'm talking the stock turbo's and boosting them......if he starts throwing in the t78 in there...my ass is dead...)
Great price...for the car you are selling -- but, the price of even a 94 MKIV is going to be around 25K I believe (for good condition, low mileage, etc)....and for that price you are near f/i land for the e36....rethink your strategy...you can easily build a 500 cc e36 killer...hell, you can build a 996 tt killer (I can take out a 993, never had the pleasure of a 996), 360 modena killer (can take this one out), MKIV BPU+ (on stock turbo's -- can take him out); an older 750 cc bike (started to walk on him at higher speeds), etc.
Don't underestimate the power of the dark side....^__*
snk328is 12-17-2002, 12:47 PM I want this car!!! Too bad I'm not in the market for another 6-8 months! Good luck selling it!

Dinan3XI 12-17-2002, 08:17 PM This makes me mad. I need my car sold already so that I can pick this up. This is the deal of the year. I havent seen a prestine M3 go for this low yet. I am sure it will go VERY soon. Good luck bro, supras a lot of fun.
NickC 12-17-2002, 09:19 PM Thanx once again for the kind words everyone, this car really is a steal. I'm selling it cheap because I just want to get what I still owe on it, and it's been such a worry free car, and I haven't dropped one single dollar in it since I bought it 3 months ago. I really want to move this car though because I've found a Supra I want to get. $14,500 and it's yours. Let me know. :)
Oh, and here's a cool pic of the car at night. Further proof of the incredible condition of the paint! :)

I really hope you have a big ass turbo strapped under that hood to be talking all this smack. E36 M3's are quick but man come on, i know you know better. Like i said unless you have a huge turbo putting down mad power, otherwise your a joke saying you beat all these cars and bikes. A BPU Supra will rock your world man. So will the Porsche and Ferrari. Im not trying to start anything , just want to get facts straight.
NickC 12-18-2002, 01:57 AM EuroM, no offense, but PLEASE keep this a thread about selling my car. I appreciate it.

I agree, your gonna have to have one hell of a turbo to keep up with 996TTs and a super bike. I ran with a pretty decent super bike in my Modded 944 Turbo S and it was close. I can walk from most SCed M3s, so unless you have a hell of a turbo you wont be able to walk a motorcycle. Also I have seen supras run over 1000hp with reliability, I am a huge bimmer fan, but this is something you can't acheive from a bmw. Yes Bmws will toast a supra on the twisties given equal drivers, but when it comes to pure acceleration, you cant even come close to comparing a Supra and an E36 M3, not to mention that to put a Turbo on an M3 you need about 15k installed, a supra with about 3k of mods can run over 600hp.

Sorry did not see this post before i posted mine, disregard what i said. Good luck with the sale.
NickC 12-18-2002, 12:42 PM Still for sale. Can't even give the thing away. :/
NoSoup4U 12-18-2002, 01:06 PM My point was that E36's can be made "just as fast" as some performance cars. I'm not saying "I" could beat all of these cars; but, I would almost place money on Omar's car that he can take out most exotic vehicles. He's at stage IV, I'm only at stage II+ (probably going to a T61)....regardless, continue this discussion in the f/i thread ....

That said, Sorry Nick, don't mean to hijack your thread. You have a great-looking car. I think the St. Louis market is "weak," e.g., demographics make it more difficult to sell this vehicle in this economy. I would definitely throw that car up on EBAY and put a buy-it-now price of $15K. I think you would gain a greater audience. Also, if you can wait until next March or April, you should be able to sell it easier as well. It's harder to sell now with the winter season.
Have you approached CARMAX as well, what was their offer?
Another idea, ask your local dealerships if they are willing to consign your vehicle??? I sold a vehicle that way about 3 years ago. If it's clean, normally the dealership doesn't mind b/c it brings people in. That's another route you may want to take. Tell the dealership, you will give them 10% of the selling cost, or some flat fee. Since it's a '95 M3, I bet a dealership could get about $16-17K out of it. Pay them $1500 -- easy money for them.
Good luck in selling!
*bump for hijacking thread*

MojoMoto 12-20-2002, 02:55 PM Nice car! How come it doesn't have the M side skirts?
NickC 12-20-2002, 03:12 PM It has the luxury package, and I've heard those came with 328 skirts. Thanks.
vjlax18 12-20-2002, 03:17 PM Nice car! How come it doesn't have the M side skirts?
The Luxo M's came with standard side shirts and no front lip either. Also had the standard seats and woodgrain interior.
JacobStile 12-20-2002, 03:20 PM NickC what is your email address? I have been wanting an E36 M3 for some time and you're in my price range.... :) I have 14.5K burning a hole in my pocket here! :)
NickC 12-20-2002, 06:13 PM Jacob,
My email is nickcigich@netscape.net
The car is still for sale, and I would be more than happy to give you an additional info/pictures that you need. I can also pick you up from the airport if need be. Let me know. Thanks.

Even at 16psi my car put down 340whp and 380tq. At 21 psi the stock turbos are on their crapping edge, but the car is putting down over 400whp.... fun! fun! fun!
:)
T78 .... well, with upgraded injectors the sky is the limit. :)
Cobainm3 05-03-2004, 07:17 PM Love this car man, I had a green one a couple years ago about the same, but I got into a little accident.
