I've never been to Atco but I believe it is Sea Level. I'm not sure about engrish town but I used to auto-x there.

Yes, both Atco & E-town are sea level.

4 hours drive and 2 runs at Atco = 12 seconds X 2 = 24 seconds

4 hours drive and unlimited runs at MIR = more fun
