I was pricing out an audi on a different site for me, and it came to emissions, the three choices are: 1. Federal emissions, 2. CA emissions, or 3. NY, ME, VT, MA, RI, CT, & NH. It doesnt have a price difference, and then why I tried it it said N/A. I know theres a few other states that do smog testing, Im just not sure what this is all about, I searched, but any help?
