I really do not like the look of the stock antenna. Can anyone recommend an aftermarket replacement?

The S2000 antenna is a direct fit. The base is about 4mm wider than the OE BMW antennae but it's shorter and more "stout".

i looked around at the local car part stores, no luck though. did u get that online or special order?
Also is it true they say it'll degrade the radio signal?

I have had no problem with radio signal, although I listen mostly to AM talk radio.

Do a search online for S2000 antennae on Google and you should get some hits.

I just got mine from Bimmian - although i think i should have gone for the 4" not the 3". Oh well - i can stick it on the girlfriends mini!!!!

yea i think that last inch causes some loss of radio signal.
