hmm i dont know about giving it 32hp... I chipped my 325..I felt some good gains, but nothing to write home about. What I was impressed with was how it sorta fixed the horrible throttle response problem. I went with the Jim Conforti Shark Injector

Your comparing a NA gas engine to a turbo diesel engine, major difference. To the OP, seeing the later model 330D's have over 200hp without any major internal change that I know of I doubt it would be a problem. I would worry more if you had an automatic and how the transmission would hold up in the 100k+ mile region.
