Hey guys i have a Noob boost question. I have a 97 M3. I have a M50 Manifold and looking to purchase a custom turbo kit. I was just wondering if its was possible to make 400 at the wheels with a GT35R, custom intercooler, AA Water Injection, NickG Chip, APR Head Bolts, Thicker HG.
There is probibly more, but im a noob to boost so i dont know much.

Just bolt on a TT stage 2 and call it a day
yes 400rwhp is very possible with a gt35r and thicker hg ect.. Your going to need to search and learn alot more about it if you want to make a custom kit.If you dont want to do this just go with the Technique tuning stage 2 like mentioned above. Otherwise your going to need to research ALOT more. It takes alot more than that to make a turbo kit, dont forget injectors, gauges, exhaust, clutch, bov, wastegate ect ect.. those are just off the top of my head but there is much more. Custom kits are still alot of money.
RRdawho?

GT35R can flow for 650whp
Get a TTS2 if you don't want the headaches.

Get a kit if you can swing it cause you won't be driving your car for a couple months. 400 is a big number to shoot for right off the bat. It will cost you a few grand less to go for say 320.
I think the problem with going for 320 is when you want to hit 400 you basically have to get new everything. Why pay for it twice?
