View Full Version : Officially Parting Out My Car :(
SR20Fastback 10-04-2006, 01:30 PM Finally got the word back from the insurance they aren't going to be covering my car :( So if anyone needs anything I have left, I need to try to make some $$ to pay off what I owe on the car.
PM or reply and let me know what you need. I'll start pulling stuff and taking pictures and updating the thread as I go.
endosenic 10-04-2006, 01:56 PM Headlights? Wheels/tires?
SR20Fastback 10-04-2006, 05:19 PM headlights are melted... wheels and tires are 16" sport wheels with pretty new ContiSport 2's on them. I need to find some bottle caps or something cheap to roll around on.
SR20Fastback 10-04-2006, 05:40 PM just to give an idea of stuff:
M52/S52 Cyl Head: M52 Head, M52 valve springs (they were 6 lbs stiffer than the S52 springs I had), S52 Cams, 3 angle valve job, machined flat (they took off 4 thousandths) has under 1000 miles of use... would like to get $800obo
4 Door Black Door Panels from a 98, 8.5/10 condition. Will sell with or without the various door handle trims, door lock screws, airbag plastic piece (that covers the screw), etc for $450obo
Black leather front and rear seats. powered non sport non heated. fixed back with armrest rear. $500 obo front and rear.
wheels/tires set of 5 16" sport wheels. 2 tires bought new in march, 2 more bought new in may. Conti Sport 2's (225/50/16). 5th wheel is an eagle tire I believe with decent tread. SOLD
black front bumper from a 325is, pretty decent shape. will come with moldings, fog brackets, etc whatever is currently on it. $50 picked up.
driver side lux skirt (you can have the pass side if you want with it, its just a little melted on the front). $80 picked up
stock e36 m3 cat back exhaust, decent shape (some paint spackled here and that that i've been slowly scratching off.. but most of it isn't visible once installed). $60 picked up
obd2 midsection/cats, about 120k or so on them. $150 picked up (good upgrade for obd1 cars, lose the bottle neck of the exhaust system).
obd2 s52/m52 exhaust manifolds. $150
a/b/c pillars in grey (also have black interior stuff... a pillars, visors, etc). make offers
328 gauge cluster mileage around 120, i think most of the bulbs were good except maybe one of the bigger bulbs that lights up the speedo/tach. $80
4 spoke steering wheel airbag (not the wheel itself) with colored roundel and black inserts (to cover the blue). $50
trunk panels/carpeting/floor mat: make offer
battery tray in good shape $25
tail light inner plastic covers (left and right side) $35
rear 328 brakes (rotors pads) about 3-4k miles on them. $60 (should also fit 325's and maybe 318's)
bilstein sport struts and h&r race springs, strut bearings, rear shock mounts, the whole package. $550 obo
95 M3 LTW Front seats and rear bench. hurricane pattern. great shape (used obviously) $850 obo for the set (kind of losing some money on this one :()
alcantara rear head rests (extremely rare) and the 4 posts for them from an e36 m3 GT (europe) $200 picked up
i'll update more later, and take pics when i get most of the stuff off the car
guc32 10-04-2006, 05:50 PM You have the knee bolster cover? If so what color?
SR20Fastback 10-04-2006, 06:05 PM black but i believe the fire department may have mangled that. I know the knee-board (metal piece) below is intact. I'll check it out when I go outside in a few.
NSR AJ 10-04-2006, 06:20 PM i have a set of bottle caps for 80
SR20Fastback 10-04-2006, 06:27 PM with tires? (don't care if they're bald as long as they hold air)
97CosmosM3 10-04-2006, 06:35 PM how much for just the front bilstein sport struts?
SR20Fastback 10-04-2006, 06:49 PM i'm not going to seperate the package, not worth my time/money (to rent a spring compressor and all that).

The Mods were too hot for the car to handle. When you pack too much good mojo into a car, it just well... damn.
SR20Fastback 10-05-2006, 12:00 PM yup exactly what walter said... the mods were the fuel, and my good looks, and charming personality were the spark that set them off :(
