This thing is a monster. There is no other way I could have put it. I drove the original SMG 1 system which wasn't too bad, but it was nice. This car was a 1999 and the interior was straight cloth Vaders. It hauled so much ass and handled like a dream, I couldn't believe the crap they sent to the US instead of this thing. An absolute marvel to behold.
The exhaust note on this stock car was exhilirating and you don't quiet notice the difference until you nail about 4k on the revband, but once you do, it pulls like no tommorow.
If you ever get a chance to goto Europe or Japan ( I was in Japan) drive this car, make time and find an owner and get a ride at least. I can only imagine what a supercharger will do under this thing's hood.:buttrock
EDIT:
I almost forgot about this thing, its an S50B30, a 1994, the color was just plain awesome in it.

This one just happened to have the same color as the M3 and I was just curious about it. Absolutely orgasmic color, but my camera kinda sucks sometimes, the blue is much richer in life. But this is kinda like my green that cameras just so rarely catch perfectly.

This just felt like a regular M3 over here, but with some more comfort.

People in SoCal have been bugging me for my pics of the cars I drove when I was in Japan, so I figured this was the best place to put it. Sorry if its mislabeled Lee, you can tow it to where you think its best placed.
Nah I am lax ... not LAX mind you, but lax. If the other mods or admins wanna redirect it, and then spank me a new ass, then so be it.

So the dealership moved ALL of the cars and let you drive the BMWs?

I was at a dealer auction, and actually all the cars were already moved in spots where I could test drive them. I drove more than BMWs, but I don't think anyone here besides Brad would care about Skylines and RX-7s.
bmwretard 09-29-2006, 11:27 PM Those bastards!
What does the display under the tach show?

I feel sorry for anyone with a E46 330 thats slower than a POS US E36 M3 :rolleyes
Well put, I drove one at a Cadillac event (where you compare different cars on different tracks) and it was the worst feeling car there (it felt like a boat) ironically the best car there (drivability wise) was a Cadillac CTS-V.
what color blue is that?
+1. Looks like the same color as my e36. :az

I meant the thread title as an attention getter, I didn't actually lost respect for anyone in this. So I don't think you need to get all butthurt about it. Sorry.
How'd this happen? Dealer auction in Japan? You bring anything back?
Yeah I was at a dealer auction, no I didn't bring anything back this time. I was doing some research for the possibility of future imports into the US. On some of those cars it will be funny because it would be the 2nd time they are imported into another country, most of the Alpinas there were taken straight from Germany and grey marketed in Japan. But they do well at the auctions, a lot of Japanese actually like Alpinas more than the Ms, which is interesting.
I am liking the possibilty of bringing back R32-34 Skylines on the basis of Kit Cars, which is anyone is intersted in what that involves, they can contact me for further details.

Sounds to me like you're the ones who's "all butthurt".
