m3mobbin 09-29-2006, 03:05 PM I wish, buying that shop would definately jump start my little business.
volcomnator999 09-29-2006, 03:31 PM omg...someone would need to sell their house to pony up that kind of money...lol
BenDF 09-29-2006, 03:57 PM I wish I could buy it actually. He did very well with it. Well enough that his wife doesn't need to work, and he put his 3 kids through college... and now retiring!
volcomnator999 09-29-2006, 04:00 PM you can get like 5 people to help you invest in it....hehe put other peoples money at risk...all you gotta do is convince them
TC535i 09-29-2006, 05:09 PM I assume this comes with the building? Where is it located?
BenDF 09-29-2006, 05:21 PM no, the building is a lease. It includes the business, inventory, lifts, all the equipment, computers, mechanics, etc.

Hmm... seems high. Unordinarily high amount of equipment maybe? What's the annual gross?
BenDF 09-29-2006, 06:26 PM It's not high at all. You can speak with the agent if you need more info, or I can email you the flyer. Every single thing is paid off in the facility, and already has a good customer base.
If you are familiar with Valley Blvd in Walnut, you know that it is high traffic area for auto services.
PM an email for the flyer, the agent info is on there.

I wouldn't mind investing on this... GB? ....:D
BenDF 09-29-2006, 07:15 PM lol. I wanted to buy it and put a dyno in there. It definately has the room!
I know they do complete repairs, tune ups, wheels/tires, etc.
Imagine if they had 1-2 of those bays dedicated to performance parts/tuning? I think it would rock!
