Friend's place, and he is only selling because he is going to retire. If anyone is seriously interested, I can forward more info. Price is negotiable.

I wish I could buy it actually. He did very well with it. Well enough that his wife doesn't need to work, and he put his 3 kids through college... and now retiring!

I assume this comes with the building? Where is it located?

no, the building is a lease. It includes the business, inventory, lifts, all the equipment, computers, mechanics, etc.

Hmm... seems high. Unordinarily high amount of equipment maybe? What's the annual gross?

It's not high at all. You can speak with the agent if you need more info, or I can email you the flyer. Every single thing is paid off in the facility, and already has a good customer base.

If you are familiar with Valley Blvd in Walnut, you know that it is high traffic area for auto services.

PM an email for the flyer, the agent info is on there.

lol. I wanted to buy it and put a dyno in there. It definately has the room!

I know they do complete repairs, tune ups, wheels/tires, etc.

Imagine if they had 1-2 of those bays dedicated to performance parts/tuning? I think it would rock!
