I'm getting ready to order my Billy sports, and was wondering which bushings I should replace to go along with my new suspension setup (billies and H&R's)?
for those of you who have upgraded suspension, what have you replaced, or thought you should replace, and what should I leave alone?
thanks or any help!

Front: Urethane rack mounts, e21parts.net sway bar to lower control arm bushings (may just be avialable as a control arm with bushing). I have also considered urethane lower control arm inner bushings.
Rear: Urethane sway bar end links and urethane control arm bushings. I probably ought to add urethane sway bar mount bushings. I would like to add solid subframe mounts but haven't gotten around to it yet.

You could do the rear Kmac kit, replaces the stock bushings with urethane eccentric units that are adjustable +/- 3 degrees.
You could also replace the stock upper shock mount bushings or go with adjustable camber plates. You could also replace the rear shock mount bushings if yours are bad.
I also recommend the urethane steering rack bushings, those made a big difference in my case.
I've pretty much maxed out my options except for the subframe mounts which I just need to install.

hmm, I wonder what shipping would be like from Aus.. I will email them.
what about Bav Autos rear chamber kit? I'm probably going to be geting my struts/shocks from them anyways.
I emailed Bav auto and this is what they had to say:
When you have the spring and shock
assemblies out of the car you should replace the top and bottom spring
pads on the front and back, as well as the rear bump stops and dust
boots. You may also want to replace the rear shock mounts and the front
strut tower bearings. When you take the front spring/shock assemblies
out, it would be a good time to inspect the tie rod assemblies and
control arms. If there is any play in these, they should be replaced as
well. You can also inspect the sway bar and steering rack bushings for
possible replacement as well. There are also bushings for the rear
trailing arms, and rear suspension carrier bushings. There are plenty of
things on the car that could be changed, but given the age of the car,
some of them may have already been addressed. To change the shocks I
would suggest our rear installation kit to go with the shocks, and the
front spring pads are p/n 31 33 1 100 636 and they are $3.95 each. The
front spring pads cannot be purchased alone (they are part of the front
install kit) on our online store, but you could make the entire order by
phone with one of our sales agents.

I want to eventually upgrade everything, but I dunno about all of this.. for now I would like to replace bushings in direct contact with parts I will be removing, nothing more just yet..

shipping would be cheaper if you got somone from aus to send the k-mac kit as a "gift"
