i'm ordering the bilstein BTS kit (bilstein/h&r sport) kit... i currently have 18x8.5 OCW manarays with a 35 offset all around... i have 225 tires on the front and 235 tires on the rear... will this work lowered? do i need to roll the fenders? am i going to need to go 225 all around instead?

You will need a small roll bro. If you dont get it, it will be really really close.

I had the EXACT same wheel size combo and tires and drop with fenders rolled and it was still kinda close
