my fav. color..

i wont be purchasing my M3 in any other color.

just to let you know in terms of resale....by the time one of these LSB 01' or 02's pops up on craigslist it pretty much sells that day or the next....im having a very tough time finding the right one.

If they still made that color when I bought my '05, I would have ordered it. It's brash, in your face, and I love it.

I just bought an '02 LSB Coupe & I would not have bought any other color. Fact is, I recently retired & spent most of my pension to buy it.

According to the dealer, LSB is a high demand color. I believe it. Everywhere i go people compliment me on the color. Some can't believe it's a factory color.

Man...i LOVE this car! It's my 1st BMW & will probably be the last car i own.

I hope this reply is not too lengthy.

That surprises me...over the years the best deals always seem to be LSB (excl. Phoenix). Maybe I haven't been paying close enough attention. Have prices gained strength since LSB is no longer offered? I know that the original M3 dealer demos were LSB. Perhaps that had people in the used market weary in the past.

I thought the same thing when i started my M3 search. "lucky me i want an lsb so ill easily find a good deal!" WRONG. It seems its now very sought after, common color for 01' models but rare color otherwise.
I cant count how many good deals if found with other colors, but lsb ive been doing country wide searches pretty much everyday and will still need a good amount of time to find the right one.
Phoenix Yellow on the other hand i can tell you ive seen very many for great deals, probably because most people like myself flat out dont like the color

one of those love it/hate it colors... personally I refer to it as SMURF Blue.
Don't get me wrong though I LOVE blue anything.
LSB is perhaps the 8th best Blue BMW has ever produced!

it the best light it is beautiful, in less favorable light it is more monkey shyte green!

it's definitely a love/hate color.
hahaha, i really like it because of how it looks different in like every different light. but personally, i probably wouldn't buy one... even though i really like the color.
but yeah, you'd definitely be able to sell it!

I loved this color back in 01 but after you see it every single day sometimes you wish you had a car that wasnt as loud. You only feel that way sometimes.
