Hey Guys, I have a 2003.5 Mystic Blue M3. I currently have the stock 18's what rims would you recommened? I narrowed it down to the OEM 19's or the competition package 19's. Which ones would you like to see, and keep in mind I drive in college town where no one knows much, just about what looks good.

Thanks

Those are good choices.....comp package is the sexiest one of the two.

he has cinnamon interior not the red

and between those two choices CSL definately...though i would personally get aftermarket rims to stand out a little more than every other stock m3 but thats just me

I know it wasn't included in your choice, but how about M6 style rims? That's what I'm leaning toward to.

Yo to M life: i cant see his interior, i was just sayin wat i wanted, but that cinnamon interior is hot too... and KillerCalf, the M6 rims are an option, but I'm not sure, u got any good pics with e46 m3 and m6 rims?? Also I was thinking if i had a 335i Turbo i would get the m6 rims, cause the body style

I don't have a pic of e46 M3 with M6 rims, sorry. But I do remember seeing someone photoshopping them on the black M3 (I believe it was in the parking lot and facing away from the viewer).

I'm also partial to the forged RG4's over the spun cast oem's....actually imo you can't go wrong with any wheel RAC makes...some very nice engineering.

Can you fit a bbk under the oem csl's?

Those aren't ZCP/CSLs, right? They're even hotter!

They're RAC Monolite RG4's. I got mine in the first run (you too kev?) when they were Champion Motorsport RG4's...but both RG4's are the same.

Here's another pic of them...not very scenic tho...:(

So now the choices for my Mystic Blue M3 stand at Competition Package 19's, M6 19's, or OEM factory 19's option... Any more thoughts? BTW top choice right now is the Comps thanks to the two gray pics i saw in this forum :)

You never mentioned a budget... I am partial to Fikse wheels. They are gorgeous, well built, light and have a couple styles that fit this car nicely. With that said the CSL rims rock.

Yup... I was the guy that was draggin the whole process down because I was the last one to sign up for the first batch run.

I looked at the RAC, however they were a bit pricey considering I would only be using them on the street. I got my ZCP wheels from the dealer for $2k (including tax). Remember the CSL rims are different from the ZCP....someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the CSL are 1/2" wider in rear?

When the car finally does start getting closer towards finding itselft at the track regularly I will look at the RAC's again due to their weight/strength over spun cast wheels...but then you're in pretty close to LM territory and I've always have a weak spot for LM's....
