Found this on the Atlanta Metblogs site. I'd love to participate but I'm working all weekend prepping for a Bio-Terrorism Conference that starts Sunday here in Atlanta.
As a fundraiser the Out of Hand Theatre Company is going to be running something called "The Game." Yes, it's similar to movie with Michael Douglas only without the freaky clown or Daniel Schorr (cmon there's a name you don't hear every day.)
Actually there are a couple of good articles on games run in other cities. Check here (http://www.themorningnews.org/archives/playing_the_game/the_pregame_show.php) for a write-up of a three day game in seattle. I don't think Out of Hand's will be as intense as this one but it'll be fun nonetheless. Basically, it is an interactive scavenger hunt-practical joke-brain teaser throughout Atlanta.
There is a fun little sample clue on the website (http://www.outofhandtheater.com/).
People compete in teams and try to be the first to solve the whole puzzle.
