Minus the door panels and I would of gone CSL wheels and Steering wheel/ebrake, not too sure about the exhaust either.

I visited this guy a month or so ago; that is not a bad price at all for a track ready 2006 M3. Sure, some of the item may not please everyone; but for a 55k car; you are only paying 10 - 15k for all the upgrades; I have almost 15k invested in my car and I am not even half way close.

Anyhow, it is going to be a hard sell; but whoever buys it will enjoy it out of the box...

wow that sucks for that guy....my father was going to buy that car for 60 from jonathan at e-carlink.... that high bidder got hosed. Btw, that car is missing a lot of essential options that make it a "luxury car" in my opinion.... Its a totally stripped down bastardized version of an m3. sticker price was far less than 55k.. trust me.

Edit: nevermind. i read the link too quickly. THought he paid 66K+ for it. It says 60K. my bad. Not a bad deal for 60K, but IMO its false advertising. The guy has like 20k worth of wheels and tires that are factored into that "100k invested" that you dont get in the auction. Thats why we passed on the car.

I don't know??? racing seats and underpowered HK system. You can hardly hear it when it's parked.:) Is it me? What's with that door panel stitching, was that extra too?

The door panels are the same material as the "original seats" that came with the car. Its called "m alcantara" and its the same cost option as leather. I think its a love it/hate it deal with that interior. They should have made that standard, kept leather as the option, and done away with the regular cloth altogether since it asbsolutely sucks IMO.;)

sad to see it sell.

We sold the customer about 90% of what is in that car. It is too bad it never was able to really be enjoyed. Hopefully the new owner will run it hard!

(BTW, he had far more then 20K into it as was speculated above. Don't forget labor too)

Thanks
brad

I'm sort of glad I didn't see this earlier, or I may have made some dumb financial decisions in order to get this.

Black, no sunroof, motons, cloth interior....yup that's what I've been looking for/plan on.
